BIRTH, MARRIAGE AND DEATH CERTIFICATES
You can purchase Birth, Death and Marriage cerificates from us too. We will look up the references needed to complete this and send the certificates to you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND COSTS
You can rest assured that you will be told of any additional cost involved in advance so you can decide if they are needed and you will be given copies of reciepts for your piece of mind.
The area's you many need to pay extra for are:

Additional or duplicate certificates.

Car Milages costs for travel (if required- calculated at the time of travel.)

Flights if needed (We always use budget airlines)

Over night stays if needed (We always use Premier Inn or similar abroad)
Rarely information can run dry and you can come to some dead ends. If this happens you will only be charged for the time and costs spent and we will refund any remaining costs you paid orginally.

We will need your details or the details of the relative you would like us to start with. Information that would help the process run faster are details of parents and grandparents.
Other facts like date of birth, spouses, lacation, occupation and other stories from living relatives would help bring your history to life. It would also be helpful if you can send copies of documents you already have.
